    About the Author

    Chantal Semaan is EMS executive and Co-Founder of 20PERFIT.

    She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy, is a personal trainer and has over 6 years of experience in EMS training. Chantal is passionate about EMS training and its potential to enable safe exercise and fitness for individuals of all abilities and minimise the risk of injury to joints and the spine. As a practising physiotherapist, Chantal knows first-hand how difficult it can be for people to recover from injury and how poor training form and over-training can be major contributors to injuries.
