    The Hip is such an important joint with the majority of lower body exercise, its primary role is to support the weight of the body during both static and dynamic functionality. The hip joints have very important roles in retaining balance, and for maintaining the pelvic inclination angle.

    This resource will explain the mapping process of the hip, but also cover movement and exercise considerations.
